30-Day Refund Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issues with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@rehanspetboutique.com within 30 days with:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

We will offer either a free replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation — no return shipping required.

Change of Mind Returns As we ship internationally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.

European Union Customers EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, per EU consumer law.
